When Allsup refers you to Allsup Medicare Countdown, we receive basic contact and eligibility information, such as:

• Name, email address, and mobile phone number
• Your expected Medicare Part A entitlement date
• Your communication preferences and consent choices (email, text, push, per category)
• Appointment scheduling activity, if you book a planning conversation with an advisor
• Basic usage information, like which educational articles you’ve viewed

Allsup Medicare Countdown is not a health-plan comparison, enrollment, or medical-records tool. By design, we do not ask for or store Social Security numbers, Medicare Beneficiary Identifiers, diagnoses, prescriptions, or any other medical or health-plan information.

How we use your information

• To build and maintain your personalized Medicare timeline
• To send the reminders and educational content you’ve consented to receive
• To connect you with your assigned Allsup advisor and manage appointment scheduling
• To maintain the security of your account, including sign-in and verification

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Your communication choices

You control which categories of messages you receive — service updates, appointment reminders, optional educational content, and push notifications — and you can change these at any time from your notification preferences page. You can also reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts, and every email includes an unsubscribe option for non-essential messages. We keep a record of each consent decision, including when it was given or withdrawn, so we can honor your choices and demonstrate compliance.

Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with:

• Your assigned Allsup advisor, so they can help with your Medicare planning
• Service providers who send email/text messages and host our infrastructure on our behalf, under contract
• Calendly, if you choose to schedule an appointment

Data retention and security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. We use industry-standard technical and administrative safeguards, including encrypted connections, role-based access controls, and mandatory multi-factor authentication for staff accounts.

Your rights

You can review and update your contact information and preferences at any time from your dashboard. To request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, contact us using the information below.

Children’s privacy

Allsup Medicare Countdown is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 18.
