These terms govern your use of Allsup Medicare Countdown, provided by T65 LLC on behalf of Allsup. By signing in and using Allsup Medicare Countdown, you agree to these terms.

What Allsup Medicare Countdown is

Allsup Medicare Countdown is an educational and reminder tool for people who have been referred by Allsup. It shows a personalized estimate of your Medicare Part A eligibility timeline, based on information Allsup has provided, and sends reminders as key dates approach.

Allsup Medicare Countdown is not a Medicare plan-comparison or enrollment platform, does not provide insurance, legal, or medical advice, and is not a substitute for official communications from Medicare, the Social Security Administration, or your Medicare plan. Always confirm important dates and decisions with official sources and your advisor.

Your account

Access is by invitation from Allsup. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in method (email or mobile number) accurate and for any activity that happens through your account. Staff accounts (advisors and administrators) require multi-factor authentication, which cannot be disabled.

Communications

By choosing to receive email or text messages, you consent to receive the categories of messages you’ve selected. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can change your preferences at any time, and you can opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

Appointments

If you schedule a Medicare planning appointment, scheduling is handled through our scheduling partner, Calendly, and is subject to your advisor’s availability. Appointments are for educational and planning purposes and don’t guarantee any particular outcome, coverage, or enrollment result.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Allsup Medicare Countdown only for its intended purpose, to provide accurate information when asked, and not to attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.

No warranty

Allsup Medicare Countdown is provided “as is.” Estimated dates and milestones are based on the information available to us and may not reflect your actual, official Medicare eligibility date. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, T65 LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Allsup Medicare Countdown, including decisions made based on estimated dates or reminders.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
